1. Purpose / Mục đích

NamTao Studio is a private tool for the owner of the TikTok channel @namtaomusic and the YouTube channel @vierikt (“the Owner”) to prepare, schedule and publish the Owner's own content and to view the Owner's own channel statistics. It is not offered to the public.

NamTao Studio là công cụ cá nhân của chủ kênh, không cung cấp cho công chúng.

2. Content / Nội dung

The Owner is responsible for all content published through the tool and for having the rights to it. Content must comply with the rules of TikTok and YouTube.

3. Third-party platforms / Nền tảng bên thứ ba

Use of TikTok and YouTube features is subject to their own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

4. No automated engagement / Không tương tác tự động

The tool does not follow, like, comment on or message other accounts and does not bulk-post content the Owner has not reviewed.

5. Availability and liability / Tính sẵn sàng và trách nhiệm

The tool is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for platform restrictions, removed content or changes to third-party APIs.
