1. Who we are / Chúng tôi là ai

NamTao Studio is a private tool operated by the owner of the TikTok channel @namtaomusic and the YouTube channel @vierikt (“the Owner”). It is used only by the Owner to prepare and publish the Owner's own content. Contact: app@vangiaan.vn.

NamTao Studio là công cụ cá nhân của chủ kênh TikTok @namtaomusic và kênh YouTube @vierikt, chỉ dùng để chuẩn bị và đăng nội dung của chính chủ kênh.

2. Data we handle / Dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý

• OAuth access/refresh tokens for the Owner's own TikTok and Google accounts, needed to publish and read statistics. Stored encrypted on a private server.
• The Owner's own video files, titles, captions and publishing schedule.
• Aggregated statistics of the Owner's own channels (followers, views, likes).

We do not collect personal data of viewers, followers or commenters, and we do not interact with other accounts.

3. How we use it / Mục đích sử dụng

Only to publish the Owner's approved videos to the Owner's accounts and to show the Owner their own channel statistics. Every post requires the Owner's explicit approval.

4. Sharing / Chia sẻ

We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties. Data obtained through YouTube API Services is not transferred to anyone else, not used for advertising, and is handled in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of TikTok data follows TikTok's developer terms.

5. Retention and deletion / Lưu trữ và xoá

Tokens and stored data are deleted when the Owner disconnects an account in the app or revokes access (Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions ; TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions). The Owner can also request deletion by email.

6. Security / Bảo mật

Credentials are stored on a private server with restricted access. Connections use HTTPS.

7. Changes / Thay đổi

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
